Product Handling Solution

The Magna-Switch system is designed for applications where several downstream machines are fed by a single upstream lane. Magna-Switch can diverge products into multiple lanes without contacting the side of the products. Magna-Switch is also used as a non-contact/ rejecter to complement a product inspection device such as a checkweigher.

Magna-Switch controls allow the discharge lanes to be balanced or uneven. The system will react to down - stream conditions such as a disabled machine and will distribute the packages to the remaining lanes

Magna-Switch will diverge up to nine discharge lanes and will converge six infeed lanes into one.
