The SG family features great flexibility and versatility, which makes it possible to make pouches with a capacity of up to 9,000 cc along with medium-sized pouches with outputs up to 320 pouches/minute. This equipment is easy to handle and adjust, is quickly cleaned and, therefore, can guarantee years of trouble free operation. These machines have been especially designed to make big size, flat pouches or stand up ones so that they are the ideal answer for the bigger format food industry.

Characteristics
Horizontal packaging machine designed in a totally accessible way to make big size pouches, either flat pouches or stand up pouches for liquid, solid, granulated... products. It is important to highlight the fact that, it has a double reel support, lineal and double stroke sealing jaws, film material transport of automatic adjustment, positive pouch opening, mechanism free on filling stations, automatic adjustment of pouch stretching, automatic lifting of the top sealing jaws, and many other advantages ensuring the best performance and making the everyday work of the operator easier.

Applications
It produces pouches with conventional zipper or slide zipper sealing systems, for grated cheese, pet food, biscuits, spices, cappuccinos, as well as pouches with top pouring caps for washing powder or soap, sauce for dressings, liquid soups, with outputs of 140 pouches per minute. Optionally, it can also make a pouch with zipper and degassing valve for coffee.
